Transparent rules help you understand costs and responsibilities in advance – from deposit to insurance incidents.

We usually require at least two valid ID documents (e.g., ID card/passport and a driving licence). The details are recorded in the rental agreement.

The vehicle is handed over at the agreed time and place, in a condition fit for normal use. After the rental period ends, the customer must return the vehicle without delay to the pick-up location (unless agreed otherwise).

The minimum rental period is 4 days. Rental time is usually billed in 24-hour blocks (as agreed in the contract).

The deposit and estimated rental fee are paid at pick-up. The vehicle is covered by comprehensive (collision) insurance; the deductible is 10%, with a minimum of CZK 10,000. Exact settings may be specified for the given vehicle in the agreement.

After the agreed return time, we charge a contractual late fee of CZK 100 for each started hour until the vehicle is returned.

For insurance reasons, travel abroad is not permitted for foreign nationals / non-Czech residents. The vehicle must be used only within the Czech Republic unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Only persons listed in the agreement may drive the vehicle. Typically, a maximum of 2 drivers are allowed. The customer must not hand the vehicle over to an unauthorised person.

The customer must keep the vehicle in a comparable condition to the handover state (reasonable wear and tear considered). The vehicle must be returned clean; the fuel level must not be lower than at pick-up. Missing fuel may be charged at market price plus a handling fee (as per the agreement).

Smoking is strictly prohibited. The customer must not damage the interior/exterior. Animals are not allowed unless agreed in advance. Do not leave documents or valuables inside the vehicle.

In case of an accident, the customer must call the police and contact the rental company. If a fault occurs, stop safely, switch off the engine and contact us immediately. No repairs above CZK 1,000 may be carried out without our consent.

All fines and penalties incurred during the rental period are paid by the customer. During the rental, the customer is considered the vehicle operator.

Lost/damaged keys or remote: CZK 5,000. Lost/damaged vehicle documents or licence plate: CZK 5,000. Burnt seats/permanent stains: CZK 10,000. Wet interior cleaning: CZK 2,500. Body dirt: CZK 200 (exact charges depend on the agreement and actual return condition).

The customer must secure the vehicle against theft and must not leave documents/valuables inside. In case of theft, the customer may be liable for the damage and/or for the difference between market value and insurer payment (as per the agreement).

We process personal data to perform the contract, meet legal obligations (e.g., tax documents) and protect legitimate interests (e.g., vehicle geolocation). The rented vehicle may be equipped with a geolocation system, used only in exceptional situations (e.g., locating the vehicle) and only until the vehicle is returned. Further details and contact information are stated in the signed agreement.
Tip: If you’re unsure which car or dates to choose, message us on WhatsApp or call us — we can usually help quickly.
